Wales - Ukraine starting on ESPN

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I cant not root for Ukraine but I agree about not wanting to face them in the first game.

Wales are a pure (good) bunker and counter team. The US tends to struggle against those.

Better Wales for the USA, than what would have been sentimental favorites Ukraine.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Tim Cahill needs to come out of retirement to help Australia qualify.

At minimum, he would activate the fanbase.

Tyler deservedly wearing the armband

"They better keep playing that RB Arena update because that unbuilt stadium is the only positive thing about this soft-drink-selling, coached-by-a-dumbass, trading-good-players-for-shit, hopeless, retarded, club." - MetroFanatic

"It was always six weeks away. Every month, [Nick Sakiewicz] would say, we're six weeks away from the stadium. It's been the longest six weeks of my life." - Mike Petke

"I think every country can learn everything about each other. If the whole world can be together, it can be good." - Mathias Jorgensen

What a terrible national anthem. Not as bad as Nick Sakiewicz's wife, however.

USA: light shirts, dark shorts. Uruguay: light shirts, dark shorts.

While he was never more than a darkhorse option after this his second half I dont think EPB is a viable starting candidate.  Its very clear Zimmerman and Long are the best fit guys we have

Scally EPB didn't help their causes.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

Scally EPB didn't help their causes.

agree to that.  neither did CCV

Long was pretty good (although having Scally there did him no favors) and Zimmerman is clear # 1.

Wondering what Chris Richards will bring?

(of course hoping for Long)

Does Long stay for the next 2 games Grenada or El Salvador or maybe just through Friday for camp?

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.
