Okay, lesson learned from the Montreal game was that a three-man back line is a bad idea, especially when a third of those three men is Leonardo. Don't know why we needed to see in experience what should have been obvious on paper, but at least our guys managed to salvage a point, even if Donovan and Gargan earned yellow card suspensions in the process.

Anyway, for today:

Starters: Rowe; AJDLG, Gonzalez, Meyer, Rogers; Ishizaki, Sarvas, Husidic, Zardes; Keane, Gordon

Subs: Perk, Riley, Leonardo, Sorto, Juninho, Walker, Villarreal

23 minutes in, Husidic sums up wave upon wave of G flailing at the goal by hitting the fucking goal post.

-Dunno why the site p'ed all over my earlier remarks. Maybe I'll clean it up later. Maybe.
Four minutes after that, OMAR heads in a corner!
At 36 minutes, the Smurfs commit a hand ball in the box, but Keane Baggios the fucking penalty kick. If Landon's not available, let Ishizaki take the damn penalty kicks. or Rogers. Or somebody. But not Keane.
Crap - 65 minutes in, Wondolowski finds the roof of the net.
Juninho in for Ishizaki four minutes later.
By 75 minutes, fouls are pretty much being called every 20 seconds. Lenhart is in the game, and the ref is an idiot.
Villarreal in for Gordon at 78 minutes.
Seriously, Lenhart took about 3 seconds to pick up a yellow card after coming into the game and is continuing to manifest his rampant douchebaggery at every turn, but the ref is too chickenshit to do anything about it.
Game ends 1-1. A shitty, chippy second half, but also a lost opportunity.
