Curtis usually doesn't give straight answers but here it seems more likely than from his previous responses.

With all the talk from him and Marsch about finding a right fit, and "it would be an attacking player" among other, I'd be surprised if they didn't make a signing. It seems a like a new article about this weekly.

Roxburgh is guilty of this too, but I just can't listen to any more talk about waiting for the right player, it means nothing to me at this point. Just let me know when a rumor has some legs to it.

Hopefully Marsch isn't to inlove with Grella at LM.

grella/zizzo = strictly bench material.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

RIP Cesar Castello, Mike Vallo, Glenn Stampiglia, Bob Paquette, and Warren Lee

At this point, I'd even be happy with at least a trade to give us some more bench options.

i dunno about the bench options. we're sorta cluttered in the back and obviously at LM.   we have a bunch of young midfielders and Abang as the back up fwd which i consider back ups/depth for now since none of them have broken through or have proven themselves at this level.

The defense needs a crown jewel  in the center and we need a flat out sure- fire starting left attacking mid.    The same shit we knew we needed in the offseason.  I'll cut Ali and Marsch a break with the CB at least.  They were hoping Zubar was that centerpiece in the defense.  At least they tried to address that

5 year plan

If Zubar can get fit, he very well may be that centerpiece. I just hope this isn't a reoccuring issue.
