That man is the gift that keeps on giving. Gave his all while he was here, and still helping out us out while he's not. It's the type of investment that continues to pay dividends and we'll continue to be a better team as his influence pays it forward. If he treats sam and BWP like that, then as they step up, the can do the same to the younger guys.

Warms my cold heart.

Not just helping us out. He's helping our future US Nats!

“He’s a student of the game,” RSL head coach Jeff Cassar told SBI. “When he’s not playing it, he’s watching it. He watches a lot of video on Thierry Henry, so he’s a soccer junkie and he’s absorbing all the information we’re giving him. He’s going up on the stat sheet but even more importantly he’s being very good defensively for us as well.”

Love Henry - up at 3AM in London texting Sam.  Awesome.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Awesome

It seems Philly fans have signed up on metrofanatic to vote for themselves (in 'What team do you hate more?') . No real fan of this team would vote anything other than DC.

My absolute dream would be he realizes he misses playing and decides to come back for the second half of the season. Had no idea how much I'd miss watching him until he was gone.

I could see Henry on his couch going mental when BWP didn't get the hat trick and yelling at the TV "you shoulda had 5!"  :P
