He used an antisemitic slur with 1000% intent and knowledge of what he was saying. Vanzeir used a word that is racist in some contexts and not racist in others. He explained himself and I believe him as I also come from a home where English was not the first language. Even if you don't believe him, you must admit that it's one thing to call someone f'in **** like Leonard did and call the WHITE referee a monkey like Vanzeir did.
