There is a product named "Red Bull Malt Liquor" that is owned by Schlitz, which is owned by Pabst. It apparently is unrelated to "Red Bull Energy Drinks". It's logo has a different "bull" than the one on the energy drinks. It is supposedly mostly sold in the mid-west, yet I recently saw one of its delivery trucks in LI.

Usually when two somewhat similar products have the same name, the lawyers are all over it. But that is not case here. I wonder why? They must have some sort of agreement. Did RB energy buy rights to the name from them?
