I think there is a rumor that this Belgian winger is being looked at by RBNY:

Two for one!
Quite a strategy to bring this guy in so we can have his girlfriend influence people into coming to the stadium!

Guy seems pretty good getting a call into a Belgium camp 2 years ago. Union Sg is 2nd in Belgium league

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

this is the type of additional attacker that would leave me good with our options up top to start the season.  Would push Manoel to 3rd striker and Barlow to not needed.

Article says the club hasn't had positive equity in the club since 2012 until this year post capital injection so they should be open to offers.  this is early than our usual external rumor cycle starts

Hes not a target striker so would need a partner/alter the formation. Would make sense if he was playing off of Burke.

Have the open DP spot, but imagine a signing would signal the end of Klimalas time here.

We all know the answer if the 8th straight season of trying to make a 4-2-2-2 work. It never has before, but this time....

Glad to finally see a rumor that’s not from the academy or a former RB. This guy looks like he could upgrade the forward line. He’s actually a finisher which is the biggest problem the team has. He has scored 69 goals in 154 matches and at a good age at 24. Now let’s all pray this could get done.

Why would this guy leave his home country, where he is doing great, for RBNY? What does Red Bull have to offer him?

Why would this guy leave his home country, where he is doing great, for RBNY? What does Red Bull have to offer him?

Some possible reasons:

1. The dreaded "new experience in the USA."
2. Maybe he thinks a Red Bull team will give him better exposure.
3. Money?

He makes $455k we can easily double that. Question is just the fee theyd need. Sold their best player last year for 7mm euro to Brighton but he was better than this guy. Only three outgoing over 1mm ever.

They are owned by brightons owner btw

So just a farm team?

This is the kind of guy we realistically hope for - now let's get him in to pre-season camp and hope he's as good on the field as he is on paper.
