Fact: He had just had a raise. Fact: he had discipline issues that the team was unhappy about going back to Marsch era AND still gave him a raise. Fact: when he bitches and moans for ANOTHER raise they decided its in their best interest to sell them. Fact: he has struggled mightily since moving on from RB. Fact: you need to move on

Once again, what's the point you are making here with all these so called "facts"? Your thought process is not yielding to anything concrete regarding the subject of losing talent, so just state what is it you are trying to prove?

When did I say anything about him not being talented? Fact: reading comprehension- poor

I was just asking you a question as you have not stated your point. Yes, I agree, your reading comprehension is indeed poor.

Btw, yes, Taxi did have a raise before, and then had an all star season, and asked for another raise. These are not mutually exclusive, so not sure why you are bringing it up.

Do you have a pulse?

Allow me to take a deep breath and reiterate for you in terms I think you may be able to understand.

You have cried for the last year that your mommy (RBNY) took away your favorite toy, a taxi (see what I did? That represents the player, taxi. Thats the nickname of the player you love, Kemar Lawrence). Now the toy taxi was known for giving your family a lot of problems but was a great toy, so your mommy decided to keep it (in this case, give it a raise!). For some reason, your toy decided it needed another raise and mommy decided it was time to give it away because at this point the toy is just bullying your mommy (I know, I know, the metaphor is collapsing). Anyway, long story short, I hope you can keep this going for another year. Im looking forward to another 600 thread splits about how RB should have never given away (insert name here of absolutely ANY RB player whether they play or not).

I dont have a knack for creative writing, but if you need me to spell out any other sales RB has done, Ill try my best.

I agree: creative writing wasn't the best, but you did make your best Ali G impersonation. You know, when he acts like a total fool to get a kick out of people. Though it sounds more like RBNY FO is your daddy. The reasoning is still lacking on your part. Taxi was our lone all star last year. His replacements are no where near his level. Yet, here you are, listening to your daddy that Taxi came back late from international duty and therefore is a huge problem for the team. So much of a problem that his performance did earn him all star team selection as the starter and best player in MLS in his position. He did ask for another raise. Instead your papa saved and got Seagrist. Yet here you are praising the move like a true son. After all, Taxi came back from international duty late!

I couldn't possibly agree with you more. Taxi looks AMAZING right now. I'll ignore your inability ONCE AGAIN to read the article, and just chalk it up to some of that pre-Thanksgiving party juice.

Taxi got a raise and long term deal that HE AGREED to. He played well! Yay! Should he get yet another raise when he has off-field issues and literally just signed a contract which included a raise?? I don't think so!

I don't think I have it in me to go back and forth with you for another year of this. Let's all just pray to God RB doesn't sell a single soul from this team. I don't think you could handle it.

Happy Thanksgiving! At the very least, I'm thankful there are passionate fans like you with this club. Even if you drive me insane sometimes. Better than apathetic fans at least

How many times does it have to be stated that Murillo quit on the team when he didnt get sold he wanted to be sold after World Cup when that happened he stepped up again only to totally quit and become a cancer in the locker room to force a move after he wasnt sold in the summer.

I just showed you a link where Taxi literally said he just wanted a raise. This was before he was released. Be open minded and consider evidence at hand. Sounds like your mind is made up, and you are too stubborn to look at actual facts.

As far as Sims, no one is debating he would have stayed if not for COVID. I am pointing out he was benched even before COVID though as an example of not using the talent we have. Murillo's train wreck I feel had a lot to do with Armas. The guy was a star before Armas in MLS and star after in Europe. There is no denying of his talent.

Taxi basically got a new contract every year. Every year hed get a raise, then wed resign Parker, Long, etc., for more money and hed demand an increase again. Plus he did nothing his final season with the club. Get over it.
