AND I hope Gloster's good enough that RB gets the full 400k
I'd rather he be bad and RB never sees the 400k than have him help City win.

Grella had an extended time off Between europe and rbny. I remember him trialing for petke but didnt impress. When, marsch took over, alot of the big salary players and vets left the team. Grella was given a chance and had a cheap salary. Even at 28, I still think grella was an unproven player due to history of injuries in england but he atleast played some meaningful games unlike gloster.Wasnt Grella a not so young 28 when he played his first game for us and, arguably, wasnt he here to retire?
No idea how true/accurate it is, but the impression I get from the article is that the attitude isn't just from a few years ago.
Chris Gloster's rights for $100k plus up to $300k more if he meets certain incentives...he's now on loan to Sacramento Republic. Now on loan to Sac Republic

Chris Gloster - 4 games, 1 start, 69 minutes
Dantouma Yaya Toure - 1 game, 0 starts, 3 minutes
Aziel Jackson - 0 games, 0 starts, 0 minutes
All 3 were loaned out and none did particularly well at the USL level.
Total of the 3: 5 games, 1 start, 72 minutes less than one combined match between the 3.
All 3 are still young, but wouldn't be surprised to see all three out of MLS next year.
Toure is very young, so who knows. But Gloster failed in Europe, and now this?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
