“Luke met with the United States Consulate in London earlier today and the outcome was positive, as he took a step forward in his visa approval process to return to the country. There are still issues to be addressed. However, we are hopeful and quietly confident that Luke will be able to join the club soon. Because his case is still pending, we cannot elaborate any further.”

According to the article it either happens or doesn't happen today, then it's case closed.I may have missed this, but do we know that a decision will be rendered today? Maybe it's just the meeting.

So.... definitely maybe?
Sounds like they just want to make him jump through a shit ton of hoops to make it clear to Luke that they mean business and don't appreciate people not following the rules strictly.
I suspect Luke will be back with the team within a couple weeks, prob by the home opener.

Sounds like they disapproved it, and Redbulls front office is hoping for last minute call from the governor.
