I voted no on the statue, ignoring tonight's result. BWP is one of our greatest ever players, should be commended for it, so they're retiring his number, and I think a plaque is a good idea. However, attacking players always get all the plaudits. I think Luis Robles has done close to as much for this club as BWP has done, if not more so. Why doesn't he get a statue?

After watching this ugly loss maybe it would be better to start a plaque area to great metros. I would include G. Savaresse (excuse spelling), A. gavara,

jp angel, petke, robles, a.long and of course Bwp.

The only statue this team deserves is Nicola Coricola kicking a ball into goal over Tony Meola.
