I dont feel the league overall has jumped this much in quality in one off-season before, and weve gone backwards.

The fucking Crapids just got some DP attacking asset. SKC is targeting another multi million transfer DCU just got a winger with World Cup experience.

Oh, it really has. Ive been paying attention and there have been soooo many big acquisitions all offseason by other teams, while we were filling out the RBII side.

The New York Red Bulls previously kicked around Major League Soccer as the MetroStars with limited success. But after transforming under a new banner in 2005, the Red Bulls have become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. The club has made leaps of progress since its previous incarnation and now has its focus on bringing the league title to New York. Weve been tied to a lot of goalies. The past few months. From Bono, 2nd division NI, Belgium, drafted one....

The one thing thats clear to me is that Hamlet sees goalie as a position of need or upgrade.

New defenders more than anything need that preseason time to get on the same page.

Where the fuck is the CDM and outside back we need?

Sadly, when the Kaku rumor came out, it was in late Dec of '17.

Yes, my recollection is that the deal took time because he was being held hostage by his agent. But we knew about it for some time before he signed. Here, we dont have ANY rumors of substance, other than that Didillion rumor from last week. Its so frustrating.

He had like 5 agents all trying to get a piece kid the transfer. This is unfortunately typical of many SA transfer targets.

Over the past 10-years, MLS teams know how to navigate through tris unfortunate mess. Hamlet didnt know that he was doing, so it took forever. Whenever he thought that he had a deal, a new agent or request popped up.

3/4 black zip top.

Truly, the new merch is the only thing worth discussing this offseason

EDIT:

Now that Minnesota traded for LAFC's Tyler Miller, maybe Hamlett will try to close the int'l GK. Would've made sense to see if LAFC would be willing to part with Miller for GAM or something rather than using an int'l slot and a lot of TAM to get the French GK in Belgium. Now that Miller's off the table, maybe they re-focus on Didillon?

You can only post the same 10 tweets so many times. How about another tweet about John Tolkin signing, or CCJ being named to 22 under 22.

Cant wait for the tone deaf retweet with comment about Sky Blue trading for Pugh, as we are days from the start of training without a single signing from outside the organization.
