This year's version of Leipzig reminds me of last year's metro: a lot of role players but a glaring need at striker. Can't believe they went through the whole season without a replacement for Werner.

That's the Red Bull way....

"Red Bull on the pitch - Metro in our hearts."

Chelsea, Citeh & Liverpool all advance to 1/4finals.
Also Bayern & Dortmund, Paris, Porto & Real.
All 3 Italian sides crash out.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

A potential semifinal of PSG, Man City, Chelsea, and Real Madrid is really gross. Easily my 4 least favorite big teams in Europe.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

Chelsea has an away goal in 1-1 draw @ Real,
Citeh scored twice in winning 2-1 @ PSG.

Both City goals were a bit lucky/soft. Not sure what happened to PSG, they dominated the first half and collapsed in the second.

Are any of their starters from that country?

Might also have the same thing in the Europa Cup if Arsenal comes through.

Happens almost every year in the FA Cup.

It's not that unusual for 2 clubs from the same country to meet in the UCL finals. But what is unusual is for the 2 clubs to be facing each other in league play the weekend following their semi-final victories. 12:30 NBC this Saturday. Btw, both teams need the points especially Chelsea. Note: it partially conflicts with the NYRB-Toronto game (1pm start).
