How did RB U-23 qualify?
Ranked 11th in USL-2, which qualified only 10?
https://en.m.wikiped...p_qualification
NPSL qualified 14. Brooklyn ranked 17th, FC Monmouth 29th.

SIMA Aguilas, Myrtle Beach Mutiny, and Colorado Rapids U23 all folded, allowing Red Bulls U23 to qualify along with Lakeland Tropics and The Villages.

NPSL allocates based on rank, but also on size of the region and number of teams in the region. Each conference needs to be represented starting with spot 9, which allows for some lower seeded teams to get in.

This being on ESPN+ sucks, I'm not paying for more subscription services, I don't care what the price is. I enjoyed watching the other teams play in this tournament but I'll be at all of our games so that's all that really matters to me.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I might get a free trial for one game and then just search for a stream online if we play away again

Only 11 non-MLS teams advance to the 4th round.
That cuts down on giant-killing opportunities.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Any news on how to get tickets?

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Less than 2 weeks and the USL2 (U23) roster currently shows 0 players. A few players from last year are with other USL2 clubs already. Some others moved on to professional ranks. Others may have let the dream come to an end. Expect a good number of new faces.

According to wikipedia the match is at the Red Bull training facility in Whippany. Which is only 5-10 miles away from Drew University. So they pretty much play right next to each other. However if U23 RBNY wins their first round match they travel to Memphis for round 2. If FC Motown wins Memphis travels to Drew University for Round 2.
