I just hope Dax gets in the match.

I think he will.  Well before announcing the Jan roster, Arena said that Dax deserved a look.  I'd be surprised if he didn't get at least 30 minutes, maybe even a half.

That pass from Dax to Benny to set up the goal was really good.

Did kemar play for Jamaica?

Nope, groin injury before the game.  It's a good thing this team believes in defensive depth!

Frankly, since I am merely a fan and a not a fancy American soccer writer, I'm going to congratulate Wright-Phillips on a well hit goal. If I was an American soccer writer, I'd claim that the recently retired Henry was wearing an invisibility cloak and carried the ball into the net for the obviously unskilled Wright-Phillips.

Besides that one giveaway in the second half, Dax played really well.

"In between soccer games this weekend, I played 36 holes of golf with my dad. Playing golf, I realized, is a bit like watching the Red Bulls play. Both can have the tendency to feel like self-inflicted torture. You wonder why you do it at all. But when it’s over, you can’t wait to do it again. To New England we go, then." - Andrew Keh

Kemar's "injury" strikes me as Jesse suggesting it.
Glad Dax had a good game and Luis showed ok.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

It was almost surreal seeing Luis and Dax wearing the USMNT jersey together in the same game.

Man, looking back on the Klinsmann years, they were rough for us Metro fans. Bruce's lineups have been a breath of fresh air so far.
