We want to try and get more people involved both in and around our sections and the best that we've been able to do this to date is when we've done the capo thing. If you're into it and want to help out please get as near the front as you can while leaving some room in the first two rows for the drum etc.
If you want a slightly more mellow game day please respect what we're trying to do and make some room up front as needed.
Thanks

If we want to get people around our section involved, then I think it's a good idea when they start a chant to join in rather than yelling "who are ya" at them. Just a suggestion. We want to try and get more people involved both in and around our sections and the best that we've been able to do this to date is when we've done the capo thing. When the ACB yells "LA," can we please respond with the proper "Riot Squad" rather than "Galaxy"?
Thank you.

Tip to drummers: the drum makes the noise for you. There is no need to beat it to death every week. It makes a lot of noise when you just mildly hit it and doesn't break that way.
The Capo was successful in engaging the neighboring sections far more than anything else we've done. Notably successful in that regard was the clap and drum thing that led into an LA clap clap clap Galaxy clap clap clap. Several adjacent sections participated in it after they were warmed up with the drum and clap routine.

The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias in which "unskilled people reach erroneous conclusions and make unfortunate choices but their incompetence robs them of the metacognitive ability to realize it." The unskilled therefore suffer from illusory superiority, rating their own ability as above average.

Capo was indeed a success. Ed was like Essa Pekka Salonen up there.

Thank Angry Andrew for the broken drumhead yesterday.
I had to google who Essa Pekka Salonen was by the way.
I was very happy to get 139 involved.
