Cool, when I see people giving a shit about North Dakota State's 3 HONORS in a row, it'll probably be the 1st time.  I even had to look it up, cuz no one fucking cares enough it seems.

Also what's the longer lasting story, App St winning 3 D1AA playoffs? or beating Michigan in the Big House?

I'm going to assume I don't count in that because I love FCS football.

Blah blah blah...
Bottom line is: if metro plays "THE COSMOS!!!!!! Yay!" in the open cup, we stomp you. So yeah, it should be fun.

Why hasn't Cosmos Stadium been approved? What is causing the delay? I thought it was supposed to be a slam dunk! Is there a plan B?

Yeah, pulling out.

That would ruin my NASL fantasy team.

the second I posted it, I knew you were going to go there (or "for scouting purposes when Rutgers drops to FCS in a few years?"). But I didn't edit it because I need to learn from my mistakes.

I don't know where "slam dunk" came from, but the silence regarding the project is pretty concerning. I'm anxious about it for sure. As for there being a "plan B", Stover has said no, but I find that kind of hard to believe. My assessment of the current ownership is that they're seeking to make the brand more valuable so they can flip it at a profit to a more wealthy investor (who would, hopefully, be interested in approaching MLS about replicating a Devils/Rangers/Islanders situation), so I would be surprised if they were content with Hempstead indefinitely.

isn't that what the english guy did? got the team, then waited to flip it.  at least he bought himself a fancy UES apt in the process. is that where stover is gonna live too?

Kemsley (who took the club's perception in North America from "Hey, that'd be cool to see them come back!" to "Who the hell do these guys think they are?" with nothing but embarrassment to show for it) was in at low eight digits, while Total Footblog did a bit of digging and found Sela Sport and O'Brien (who are handling things decently) are probably no higher than low nine digits at best. You need way more money than that these days for MLS, for example. My guess is Stover was brought in due to his experience with getting RBA done.

We are counting winning in the 2nd Division as a major title?

winning a half season in the 2nd division is a major title now, what?

Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

I'm going to legally change my name to "Manchester United" so I can start calling myself one of the most decorated clubs in all the world, considering that's all it takes.

lol
