Brighton has really surprised me. They are a really good team and tough out. I think I read in the expected points table they should be 7th.

If Nagelsmann leaves RBL for THFC
https://soccer.nbcsp...ourinho-report/
does that affect Marsch at Salzburg?
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Marsch may be "next man up" for a job in the Bundesliga. But I don't know about Nagelsmann going to Spurs, I think he may hold out for Bayern since Flick may be in play for the German NT job. Did Moenchengladbach (sp?) hire a permanent coach yet? That might a good spot for Jesse.
Anyway, moving from Leipzig to Spurs seems a little lateral to me. I guess he'd get paid more and the Prem is a bigger league than the Bundesliga, but both Spurs and Leipzig have little chance of winning their league. Both are pretty good teams that aren't as good as the best teams in their league.

Nagelsmann ... may hold out for Bayern.
Looks like Nagelsmann will be the next Bayern coach.
RB Leipzig to collect a hefty compensation fee.

Quite a few more whales in the Prem than Bundesliga, so I'd say the title chance is higher in Germany. Yes, even if Leicester have won a title more recently than a non-Bayern team has in BL.[...] both Spurs and Leipzig have little chance of winning their league. Both are pretty good teams that aren't as good as the best teams in their league.

It seems to me that Liverpool has an outside chance of making CL next year. If they don't make it outright on points, which will be difficult, they could sneak in if they pass WHU for 5th place, and either Chelsea or Man City wins this year's CL. Currently, Liverpool is 1 pt behind WHU.
But they are always changing the rules, so I can't be sure.
