I love how I get censored all the time for saying the truth about things.NewYorkRedBullsOut, I apologize if you are a teenager who doesn't know any better, but you sound like a fucking idiot. Learn some more about soccer and how it works and then come back.

Keep beating the same drum about how MLS Cup and the playoffs mean nothing. You're a dummy.

Lol why is this still a convo? 90% of fans care about MLS Cup. No one is jealous of Dallas right now and everyone and their mother is wishing their team was playing like TFC and in the same position. If 90 percent of fans started to worship a toilet bowl as the title, we'd be the winners first all because we flush our opportunity down the drain every year, but more importantly we'd be forced to recognize it as #1 because it is what everyone wants.

We need to win what everyone wants and that's MLS Cup. If you keep lobbying for that to be the SS to the rest of the league and it works, then we're all going to change our mind and agree with you.

90% seems low. Try 99.9

Apple, did you mean to reply to, perhaps ..., Satan?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Changed my name, I use this on a few Devils message boards and wanted to get ahead of avoiding the numerous red bull out posts and discussions that will most likely happen. I'm beyond tired of the owners/name debate and want nothing to do with it.

I'm confused enough by "Holy Name Medical Center sponsors Devils".

Yeah, well FCD got the opportunity to put 2 actual trophies in their cabinet...their 1996 USOC trophy is no longer alone.

they have more trophies than we do now. so you can not care, but that would be idiotic.

The fact that a team won MLS Cup without taking a single shot on goal the entire match is hilarious.

Completely agree. I hope there was some pressure to make changes before this with the asinine number of higher seeds losing, now it should be a given. But then again, Garber is a one-man show.

That's the playoffs in almost any sport.

Would anybody really argue that the Giants were better than the Patriots when they won their first Super Bowl meeting? Hockey goalies get hot all the time and propel 8th seeds passed 1st seeds.

Basketball is the one sport, where the team that wins the championship was usually one of the 2-3 best in the regular season.

Yes.  The second time, too.
