Ben Cork
@corkinho
Hearing that #RBNY are in discussions on deadline day to potentially bring back #USMNT fullback Kyle Duncan, who left for Belgian side KV Oostende last winter.
Duncan made 7 appearances in his first half-season in Belgiums top flight earlier this year

How much money will we have to send to Charlotte to sign him?
(Just kidding, he left on a free, so we own his rights.)

This would definitely be a positive. It keeps Nealis off the field and that's as valuable as having a solid player like Duncan.
Assuming Tolkin keeps the iron man thing going, right back is our biggest need given we like the 5 man back line.

could also mean that Edwards' loan is over.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

@tombogert
Source can confirm Ben's scoop and add: New York Red Bulls have agreed to a deal to re-acquire right back Kyle Duncan on loan from KV Oostende. Just depends on the paperwork getting done in time or not.
Duncan, 24, left RBNY after his contract expired in the winter
DONE DEAL!!!!

Good news. That Bogert dude is reliable.
Still see no rumblings about a striker so that's concerning because we definitely aren't winning without one.

Is he "the right fit"?
yes right fit at right back.
I'm more excited about him coming back than Edwards

Sadly a big part of my excitement means D Nealis doesn't play nearly as much.
