As someone else mentioned, I think Thelwell just gives me optimism with his ability to close deals. Something we haven't had for a little while.
It's almost like, as I've been saying all along, he wouldn't have left the Premier League to fuck around with NCAA and USL players.

He is here on loan:
option to buy in the loan though which is important after the Sims situation. Also he is not a DP

Familiar with SYSTEM
Hope this assessment is the case as we need speed and forwards who can creat
Hes intelligent, he can create on his own and can stretch back lines with his speed.
Wondering why he didnt break into RBS first team but they are stacked with attackers in the last 1.5 years with Haaland
Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

also that asian dude that just got sold to liverpool. it says more about RBS stacked options rather than Tetteh's potential

So he's not top tier and couldn't crack RBS' lineup. Seemed to do ok on loan at LASK.
Currently, they have 6 strikers on their roster, makes sense that he's here.

If he doesnt perform, it at least buys Thelwell time to find another alternative.
If he does perform and they want him to stick around they still have an open DP spot (I know, I know) to buy another attacking player depending on if they see Tetteh more as a winger or a striker.

Happy with the signing but we need a true, high end player. Rooting for him to emerge as that but it's tougher to build a great player than it is to just sign an established one.
CB may be our biggest need. Don't trust Tarek as more than a 3rd CB and Armas clearly can't get the most out of Parker.

Armas would have to play the SYSTEM for that to matter...

I don't know, we didn't give up THAT many goals at MLS is Back, but we only scored two over three games. Fire Armas, get Parker back on track, and let's get some goals.

The subject line of the email from Red Bull says Tetteh is an ATTACKING forward. Which is great because this squad already has enough non-attacking forwards...
