Strange I was thinking Sean Davis and maybe push Felipe up top. Or sit Felipe who I think has been below average the last few games.

Thought the same thing or push Sasha to the left and Felipe up and slide Sean Davis next to McCarty . Maybe a fresh new set up is what they need.

If the tifo needed to be explained in the first place, then it was more lame than "creative" which is rich coming from them. Have you seen PPL lately? You figure that a team like them would be a bigger draw... Oh, well...

I'd feel ok after a game like this if I knew someone Gerrard was on his way in a few weeks. Having him in a deep playmaker role next to Dax with Felipe & Sacha at LM & CAM (or at CAM & LM) would make for a decently creative midfield. Be great if Peguy would come back and Marsch could adjust enough to fit him in.

Peggy is RETIRED. So has Gerrard if  you read his comments about coming to MLS for that matter.

Thanks.  Great field level view.

One of the downsides of the shorter MLS highlights is you don't get to see plays like this.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

Mike Grella probably learned some new moves while playing FIFA last night, and wanted to try them out in real live. Only real bright spot tonight.

Someone else mentioned this, but I had to look for myself -  Grella and Macklemore, separated at birth?
