Has anyone made one of those lovely Google Calendar or iCal thingies for the 2009 season? You know, the one where it has all the games listed, and even the tv station the away games are on?

I apologize in advance if this topic has already been covered; I did a quick browse to check and didn't see one, but I haven't been to these boards in like, five months (on a related note, hi everybody!)

I just started using Google Calendar again, and the only thing I had entered in it from long long ago was from the 2007 season... it seems like an ever-so-lovely idea!

I am the administrator of a Chicago Fire Google Calendar at:
http://www.google.co...America/Chicago

and I suck because I haven't updated it since the beginning of the 06 season. If you promise to do a good job, I'll designate you (or anyone else who wants the job) as administrator.

If you go back to April-May of 2006 you'll see what I was going for with scores and match reports. I think it would be great if someone could help catch it up and keep it up to date.

It must have been yours that I subscribed to in '07... after my unsuccessful searching online I started making an '09 calendar but as you probably know it's very tedious. I'll have it good to go by the beginning of the season. I can't guarantee that I'll update all the results on time but I'll try to keep up.

PM me your e-mail address and I'll add you as an owner/administrator.

Update: I've seeded the calendar with all the posted MLS matchdays, times and TV carriers plus the Club America Date.

For Mac Users, this is the iCAL URL:
http://www.google.co...ublic/basic.ics

It would be great if we could get a group of three or four people together to fill in the previous years' results. I always envisioned this as a historical document as well as a scheduling tool.

Okay, since no-one else was going to do it, I did.

Here is the link to the iCal format Google Calendar that I will upkeep this year. It currently has the dates that are on the fire Website. I will add Superliga, Open Cup, and other friendly matches as they are announced.
