advertisements for "all you can eat" seats at Gs games. i love 'merica!

This must be new MLS deal. The Sounders are doing this in the section behind the north goal. They are giving "stadium fare" which is pretzels, hot dogs, cotton candy, sodas, etc. The section is non-alcoholic.
I wish my grass was emo...then it would cut itself.

If I'm Bruce, I'm taking a very good look at Saunders right about now... two injuries in pre-season for the guy who's supposed to be starting is a big red light.

Bryan Jordan's injury I'm not too worried about, we're fairly deep on offense, deeper than I'd imagine and we still have the best offense in the league back for another season.

Yeah Ricketts looked good, but he fucked up on a goal kick and injured himself again

I've only seen the highlights (don't get up at 4am on a Sunday for a audio stream which might/might not work)

Chicago is one of the better teams of the league and we at least seem to have matched them and didn't concede multiple goals.

If I remember correctly the darkblue unis were worn aswell for most of last seasons preseason friendlies and tours - would be nice to wear them more often, at least aslong we don't have to be a Real Madrid clone for the B€ck$ brand....

As someone already mentioned, already the 2nd injury for the old - new - goalkeeper Ricketts should be a warning sign...
I'm glad we have Saunders back- wouldn't mind with him between our sticks.

Yeah he was wearing the armband. And yeah he didn't look that good a lot of bad touches and a lot of missing open players.

He was completely out of sync with his team mates when he came into the last two games in Germany. Sounds like he brought that with him.

We'll find out in a few days. Im not too worried about Landon, if his disappearing act last year is part of his goal scoring show....then i'll welcome it back, atleast he's producing like he should.

There has to be a bit of a process involved. I'm sure this atmosphere is quite a bit different. It will be interesting to see how he clicks when the games start and there is no Becks to open up the field. Not complaining...it will be different for him.
