More Wicks? Less Vanney? Here's hoping.

The game is on FSNW Saturday at 7:30 if you're too poor and/or agoraphopic to got to the HDC.

Houston in bad form thanks to a messed up schedule and an ass kicking by General Gullit to the boys will make for some good football, faster pace, quick give and goes and better finishing from Lando.

My prediction, lots of goals. Cronin gets the nod to start (this will be his last chance) as does Buddle, and X, Pete sits out yet again and does not sub in, Gordon comes in 60th minute.

If anyone gets a chance to go check a team practice you will see General Gullit letting his players know who the hell is in charge.

After finishing my 6 pack of lovely Heineken, I am now starting to believe we still can go all the way this year. Yesterday we had our chances and with the fact we are only 3 weeks in and playing much better than last year there is hope. Franklin is a beast and hopefully he continues to shine. Byfar the best rookie the first 3 weeks in MLS. Hopefully Mike MF Randolph connects to Donovan and Becks has a freekick finally go in for a 2-0 win.

God I hope this is true. As ridiculous as losing to Toronto is, it is true that there were some good things to be seen, and to me at least they are a bit clearer with a few days perspective.

I totally buy into the Ruud is the asshole in charge deal, and I really hope he starts to show his iron fist. It is starting to feel like he is going to have to will this team to playing to the potential it has.

Hopefully optimistic and becoming a bit skeptical, talk to me after Houston and Chivas.

No Vanney. Old guys aren't cutting it at the back save for Klein. Go wit da yutes... I said yutes.

More Pete and better finishing and were on our way.

Thumbs for seeing a little of Tudela. The Morlock's had an opportunity to impress. He hasn't been an utter failure but he hasn't overwhelmed. I wonder if Tudela stinks in training.

I like what McDonald's doing the last couple weeks but at the expense of Pedro? I dunno.

I wonder if Tudela stinks in training.

Last team practice I attended, he was hurt so I wonder if that has something to do with him no seeing action.

If you get a chance and you have access to it, watch the the first 3 games and you can see the progression of good football, we're getting there. A lot of attention is given to Becks and Lando but some of the younger guys are really learning a lot and that makes me happy for the future of the team. If Ruiz can get healthy and lose some weight we will have a pretty potent offense.

This alone gives me plenty hope:

3 games, 7 shots on goal, 3 goals, 1 assist for Lando.

just hoping we dont loose.......

our stools...

Houston has gotten our number pretty well... but, if General G has had his wy with the boys, then look for a positive outcome...

4-3 G's
Lakers (16x Champs) Dodgers (6x Champs) Galaxy (4x Champs) Broncos (2x Champs) LA Kings (2012 Stanley Cup Champs)
USMNT (One day, one day...)
Budlight (Weekend Champ)

More Pete and better finishing and were on our way.

Pete needs to be in the starting lineup.

Now that X has sat out two games following his red card, Ruud might let him back on the pitch.

Cronin gets one more shot.

There's not much hope with either Buddle or Gordon on the field - time to put in Sesay.

Here's my starting XI:

Cronin
Klein - Franklin - X - Randolph
Becks - Tudela - Vagenas - Allen
Donovan - Sesay

Pete will lead us to victory!
