DP had a great run but you could definitely see this is the moment when we should end it. He's not getting any younger and not getting any faster.

Baah, it's a shame we couldn't see an extended run with him but he's coming off a devastating injury and he's on a hefty salary.

We gotta go out there and find more cb's. The only guy we can truly rely on for next year is Long.

Any chance they resign Baah at a lower salary?

Ciman was cut by Montreal. Allegedly has interest from other MLS teams....wonder is RedBull putting some feelers to see if he would come here.

I thought I read somewhere that Ciman went to Montreal because Canada had great (state funded) programs for his special needs kid. That could be wrong though.

Was not cut.  Under contract for next season according to the Impact's website.

No that's true.  His daughter has autism.

Ok, that article doesn't make it seem like the move was Canadian-specific, just that Belgium doesn't have any type of programs to help Autistic children yet.  So I move south of border could be a possibility.

They usually make some comments about that if that is their intent.

Yeah, totally.  When the contracts we decline are announced today, fully expecting some comments on some of them.

Somewhat off topic, but I was in traffic court in Hanover yesterday. The guy sitting next to me turned out to be Gideon Baah. Unfortunately, I didn't realize who he was until his name was called by the judge. Weird timing since that was the day he was released by the team.

Doing some research?

The guy sitting next to me turned out to be Gideon Baah.

Did he request a postponement to consult with an immigration lawyer?

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

It sucks to see Perri go.. I'd like to see him get at least a one year deal and keep him as a guy to use in cup USOC and as a back up to the starters... For at least one more year..
I just want Metro to win a title sometime in my lifetime.

Baah signs in... Kazakhstan (Greatest Country in the World!)

With Kairat's second team, will play in the second Kazakh division until he is back to full strength.

Wonder if Lloyd Sam helped him get that deal...
