one thing i liked from the game is not only on his goal but on Kasule goal too Hall does a good job of managing the tempo of his runs to get on the end of ground crosses.  BWP made a living doing that.  I used to think Hall was a winger long term, but growing into liking him more as a striker as he gets stronger.

Also very immaterial event in the game but every time I watch donkor really impressed by his passing range and vision. There was a pass he made in the 91 or 92 through the lines to the edge of the box that only Frankie can do at the 8 for us. Really hope he continues improving tactically so we can use him

I was really surprised that this wasn't their long term plan for him and they stuck with trying to shoehorn him into the target striker role. He's picking up pieces of it but he's clearly not a natrual.

The way we used wingers under struber not a great fit but in the Sandro system could be the right winger if the defensive work rate is there. I like the improvement he has made in the target man role though.

Duncan-SNealis-Eile-Tolkin
Stroud-Amaya
Forsberg-Carmona
Vanzeir-Morgan

I think Wiki earned another start while Gjengaar was average, at best. Wasn't making the right decisions on or off the ball. Struggled defensively. Hope it's just getting acclimated to the team.

for what we ask the weak side winger to do i dont really like Wiki doing that job.  you need a runner there which means either Gjengaar, Morgan (if Manoel is good), Harper, Ngoma or Hall profile wise.  Obviously he's played Stroud there so Schwarz doesn't care that much yet interested to see what Schwarz does.  Should have a lot of competition for the spot with Morgan, Vanzeir and Forsberg likely locks.

when he gets his first goal the floodgates will open.  hes a smart player and looked better today with more pace around him (though Miami's slow defense helps too).  Rooting for him to figure it out consistently
