Goalie has to be the most difficult position for a rookie. Ryan deserves better - lets get out the vote.

Any vote or ranking based on fans voting is the least meaningful of any ranking. GOTW, etc, if fans can vote all it does is become a cyber-geek slugfest of who can create the best voting bots and which fans are the least sophisticated fanbase and biggest homers.

As a supporter, I view myself as a homer. I vote New York in every poll, I hope you do too. Fuck everyone else.

He's been excellent, but DeLeon has been phenomenal and Rowe nearly as good.http://www.mlssoccer...ap-after-week-4

Ton of young US talent entering the league this year. It's nice to see.

Are you two actually under the impression some people here think these polls will bear some true, tangible, meaningful award for the team or players? Its as if you're actually offended that we'd support our players in front of the rest of the league's fans, even if it is just through some dinky little poll on the MLS website.

De Leon's goal last week was nice but I loved Rowe's, such a great display of athleticism to swing out and make solid contact on that rebound.
