at first glance - weird.

prefer the clean red and white.

Still want the ALL RED kit brought back.

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

11 lines for 11 players, looks really stupid

why does everything need a symbolic meaning these days? There was an infographic breaking down the MLS logo when they unveiled that too. Can't we design shit that looks cool just for the sake of looking cool?

Previous 2 years' red sleeve jersey was the closest thing this team ever had to an iconic look. So much for that.

RED. BULL. OUT.

Can confirm iconic. Even Salzburg doesn't have red sleeves!

The old jersey was equally ridiculous with the symbolism. It was a better jersey though.

Make it pop, yo. That's it.

Was kinda hoping for something like Salzburg. All white with the three red strips down the side torso instead of the one solid line because Adidas and a collar.

No, you have to justify your design decisions these days.  You know, a collar wouldn't be so bad.

It's like Office Space though, like someone is designing shirts and thinks "This needs MOAR FLAIR!!!!" so they put lines and crap on it.

"Now, Ed, your design is ok. It's fine. It's got a badge, colors and sponsor's logo, ok, and that's really the minimum amount of flair. Look at all of the Fan Engagrment Poimts on Johnny's design. He's got 17 Engagement points.

Now...if you just want to design a jersey with the MINIMUM number...that's fine..., but...."

The band around the collar and referring to the RB crest as being original '96 material was a slap in the face.

Most other clubs from '96 have donned some sort of throwback/homage to their past... this club, not a f'n chance, you can't find Metro in the beverage aisle.

The random lines will look like a blur with Veron zooming down the wing.

When he warms up on the sidelines?
