Think it's pretty easy. Casseres and Ndam definitely getting loaned down so that's 2. Could also loan Beze or Valot down as well, or maybe release either one.
Isn't the loan to RB2 thing only for 1 player? Not allowed two?

That one is officially out the window.
The New York Red Bulls previously kicked around Major League Soccer as the MetroStars with limited success. But after transforming under a new banner in 2005, the Red Bulls have become a force to be reckoned with in the Eastern Conference. The club has made leaps of progress since its previous incarnation and now has its focus on bringing the league title to New York. Ok. Would do the same thing as we did to Moreno then. Loan one of them and then release another to move them down. Nobody is bothering with Valot or Bezecourt in this league.

That was the penciled in rule.
Then last year while we had Zeiko Lewis loaned out for the season, they loaned Hassan Ndam down to make room on the INTL roster for Bezecourt. So, who knows.
Don't forget Baah, too.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
Valot and Bezecourt are not long for this roster me thinks.
Ndam and Casseres should see out the year with RB2.
And come summer time, do we still have any allocation money/magic beans to trade for an international slot in case we are to make an addition? I would assume we do.
This page went live today, but requires access.
This was the official thorough one from last year.

Page is now public. Not sure how accurate that page is yet, but according to it Abang, Bezecourt, Casseres, and Valot have been loaned.
8 internationals are listed as Collin, Escobar, Ndam, Gamarra, Lawrence, Murillo, Royer, and Rzatkowski.
Seems accurate.
So Ndam stays with the first team, with Casseres, Valot and Bezecourt season long loan to USL.
Still no draft pick signings and Duncan not added, Moreno removed yet.
it looks off to me unless some of the rules changed recently. Why do Casseress and Abang still count on Senior Roster spots but Bezecourt and Valot don't show up but are on loan? Unless Bezecourt and Valot are supposedly to be the two internationals on supplemental roster, and Muyl can then slide to the HG slot that he belongs in lol. Hopefully MLS figures out its own rosters by this afternoon haha. or maybe they have allowed more "two way contract" types so players are not stuck there all season
Edit: MLS also released the competition rules,
"If a player is loaned from an MLS club to a USL affiliate with a Right of Recall incorporated into the loan agreement, then that player may be recalled by the parent MLS club at any point during the MLS Regular Season subject to MLS roster guidelines (e.g., available international roster slots, roster space). There are no restrictions on the number of times such a player may be recalled."
But rules also say "An MLS club can receive roster relief and budget relief for a maximum of one player loaned to its USL affiliate"
So we may see a ton of guys move back and forth (i.e. Ndam, Mines) and depending on how this reads Casseres is still on the senior roster so he can be recalled whenever/if we have international slot capacity (whether that comes from loaning people down temporarily or acquiring new slots)
Strange that Valot/Bezecourt got sent down over Ndam, who now appears to be surplus at CB. But with the unlimited promotion/demotion flexibility, shouldn't be a big problem.
