Hi guys,

As many of you are aware, I have a serious addiction to Fire scarves. In the past few months, I have collected a decent number, most from 2003 - 2007. And in the interest of futhering my collection, I am posting this thread to invite anyone who has an extra scarf laying around and needs some extra Christmas money, to contact me about selling their scarf. I am looking for scarves dating back to and before 2003, as well as any specialty scarves (international friendlies, former supporters groups and what not). If you have such a scarf, you can PM me on this site or email me at shakeresq(at)gmail.com.

Also, if you are interested in feeding my addiction and supporting Section 8 at the same time, I can exchange your old scarf for one that the group is currently selling. That way, we both get a scarf and Pola gets my money (which makes Pola happy).

Maybe at are Holiday Party we can organize a little corner for collectors, fans can display the impressive scarf collections and everyone can engage in some selling and swapping action.

Neopolitan, can you post a picture of the scarf you want to swap/sell and if you have a picture of the scarf you would like to obtain, that would help me look thru my collection for extras.

just a question, but how "common" is the 98' double scarf? Or was it made/sold in '99? Right now, I think it's the one I want the most--But I'm sure I haven't seen many of the scarves that have been made. I love the various groups scarves, but am not sure about buying/displaying them as I am not in any organised group. Does anyone else have an opinoin on that? For example, I would LOVE the old Arsonists scarf--but is that the equivelent to blasphemy? It's an honest question, so please, if you're gonna jump down my throat for askin', just save it.

About a year ago someone told me that the old black Fire Ultras scarves were available at Centrum Sport for 30 USD a piece. Give them a call if you are interested.

Scarf swap at the winter party is a great, great idea. I may have the largest collection of Fire scarves (around 50 different designs) but I am still very far from having them all. I am willing to trade, although, quite frankly, I don't have any rare designs to trade (I only kept one of each of the rare ones). There are probably around 20 designs I am missing, mainly old Fire Ultras designs and virtually all of the official designs.
