he would've been worth it had he been paid 75k-100k. but not the 370k he was getting originally for TFC.

I actually remember him playing for ManU's first team.

Crazy how quickly he regressed.

I don't remember the opponent, but there was a moment where he missed a tackle, Dax made it, got up and said "Are you fucking kidding me?"

Sums up his play pretty well.

He 'fell out of love with soccer' to become a hipster that only eats organic fruits and veggies? What a LOSER!

Soccer may have fallen out of love with him first.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Didn't Toronto cover a lot of the money?  We weren't in a great situation back then at RB.  Kimura had his faults too. Eckersley athletically had everything, just no defensive instincts. Or offensive for that matter.

In 2014, I think Eckersley started that season, but poorly, and then Duvall played a lot.  Fairly late in the season, Duvall was destroyed by LD out in LA and Eckersley played the rest of the year, including the playoffs.  That's my recollection at least.  I don't remember how much Kimora played RB that season.

Pretty much spot on. Eckersley played the first couple games then was injured.
Kimura and Duvall switched on and off a couple times before Duvall won the spot. Later in the season, Kimura had a couple concussions right after Petke pretty much came out and said he was shutting Duvall down for the season with how much/how hard he was playing, which opened Eckersley up again. He played a couple decent games but would have needed a significant paycut to back up Duvall in 2015.

All rings clearer now
