His budget was tiny when he was with chivas USA and metrostars.

Stabaeck and le havre are not big big clubs in their league.

At Swansea, I dont think he had a transfer window to get anyone. At rbny he would atleast have 2 transfer windows to figure something out. He was set up to fail at Swansea

His budget with the Metrostars was not tiny compared to the rest of the league.

Ummm... it was equal. MLS was counting every dollar back then. In fact, he was forced to trade Ricardo Clark to be allowed to sign Youri Djorkaeff.

Yea, Elf is the one saying it was tiny.

Will Mikey get another chance to play for Dad?

I don't think he ever gets back in MLS.   What is he doing these days?

Did I read or hear that he was coaching youth soccer?
Looks like his lawsuit for his unpaid salary settled:

No idea how much he got; minus legal fees.
RSL owner himself is being forced to sell:

He needs to get a home playoff game next season regardless of what corporate spends.

But they should also fucking spend.

Ever get randomly irritated by the fact that Bruce Arena coached here before his LA Galaxy run?

Yes and also his NER run
Regardless what you think of him he has been consistently successful in multiple places at club level (leaving aside cuova)

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.
