On Eddie Pope and his career:
A great career and a pretty classy guy on and off the field, and he knows when he's done, he doesn't want to play one more game than he has to, and he wants to go off on his own terms. There are times when players don't leave the game on their own terms, and Eddie wants to do that and leave with the reputation and memories that he left us, and I am hopeful he can remain in the game with Salt Lake or elsewhere..
I know I may be a bit optimistic, but does anyone think bruce might be hinting at trying to pursue eddie pope as a center back, they do know each other pretty well...

Because he should come to a REAL team. He's wasting his talent over there

"Obviously, I want to make a living (in soccer), to say the least," he said. "There's so much you can accomplish in the soccer world, and right now I'm focused on having a good season with the Red Bulls. Ultimately, our goal is to win the MLS Cup, and I see no reason why we can't." - #4 Tyler Adams

Salary Cap. Close this thread.
Won't people like Schopp be leaving us this winter? Won't they have cap space next year?

Please god noooo. He worked out so well last time..So I keep seeing people post about what they think the back line should be, even the poll, etc. After looking at the quote sheet from the rsl game from bruce:
