I'm just glad that it appears that RB is letting Adams stay with us for the season. We all knew he was gone at the end of this season anyhow.

His second start was pretty bad though, and he got yanked. And, IIRC, he was getting major plaudits after his first start.

I just don't rate the Dutch league too highly. If Miazga was already playing in England it may be easier for him to break through there.
Who the fuck cares about England? Miazga could play 0 more games in the PL and have one of the best careers for a US defender.

Matt himself probably cares.

The Dutch league is a feeder league though their fans seem to be more passionate about their league than let's say the Belgian league who I still have to meet someone who even goes to a game. So he's doing a lot better playing game in game out.

Average attendance in the Eredivisie is 7,000 more per game than the Belgian league.
The Netherlands also have a much, much stronger history in the sport, and clubs like Ajax, PSV, and Feyenoord draw huge numbers. By contrast, Toronto outdraws every team in Belgium.

If Metro do anything in the playoffs Tyler will be a big part as it helps the team attack faster and win more balls.. Which is the main game plan

I hope he doesn't go.. He's guaranteed playing time here.. There, who knows.. It's better for him to stay at least a season or two.. And for the club it's terrible if he leaves there is no replacement at the moment. Rza has been lackluster and Tyler covers more ground than Bezecourt and Valot combined...

we have to find out if he is actually good but his replacement is already here. If Tyler leaves at the end of the season, Casseres will have a full year to prepare to take on that role. There is a reason they paid him 6 figures to bring him over here, compared to other USL youngsters we have.

New York Red Bulls midfielder/defender Tyler Adams will soon move to sister club RB Leipzig, six sources have told MLSsoccer.com.
The sources said that it’s most likely that Adams will remain with New York for the remainder of the MLS season before joining former Red Bulls head coach and newly-minted Leipzig assistant Jesse Marsch in Germany. It’s possible that the 19-year-old could be sold to Leipzig in the summer transfer window and loaned back to New York for the remainder of the season or that he could be sold to the Bundesliga side in the winter transfer window in January.

With Adams' huge transfer fee that we keep 100% of plus the possible sales of Murrillo and/or Lawrence, there is zero excuse for not making some massive investments into the first team next winter.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.
