Backe says Conde picked up groin injury again and guesses him being out a month.
Get used to the Holgersson-Keel pairing.

I should have made that a t-shirt.
Hopefully it's just a symptom of him being out a year, but, without him, we go nowhere in November.
Keel/Holgersson against the league's best poacher? Yeah, this game is going 5-4.

He was hardly fine BEFORE he got sick... but I don't know if Ruthven would make me any more comfortableTwitter says he should be fine for Saturday.
Meanwhile, Mendes hasn't seen a minute yet for cbus.

This guy makes too much cash to play only a dozen games for us this season. No matter how good he is.
I agree. Are we going to deal with this all year??? If the guy cant stay healthy then hes not worth having here. So this means to start off the season he will have played 2 out of the first 10 games. Awesome

Mendes has been injured since pre-season.....so not much help if he was still hereHe was hardly fine BEFORE he got sick... but I don't know if Ruthven would make me any more comfortable

Centerback depth is Conde, Swede, Keel, Ruthven & Marquez?
If the big Swede is out, any takers for moving Roy Miller to centerback with Keel? Have a hazy memory he's played there before (maybe in his Costa Rican / Norwegian days)

This is exactly what I think would happen...
Move Miller to centerback and Lade starts at outside back.

The sky isn't falling yet. Relax.
Has this kind of injury been with Conde throughout his career and does he have a history of coming back from it?
