Met Glenn in 1989 as opposing players on hockey teams and eventually merged together to form one team. He was a GK and I played D. Formed a tight friendship and attended countless Ranger games in the late 80's to early 90's before Metro. I looked up to Glenn, was totally awestruck by the Swedish girl he once dated and loved his company. He was funny as shit, kind and generous. We lost touch but reconnected thankfully a few years ago through RB. I'm just floored by this and I don't know what else to say but I'll never forget him and will miss him like hell.
RIP Swampy

Glenn looked out for us when we were literal children looking to play adult. When I would show up in recent years for a USA game or the odd 101 appearance he was always one of the first to come over and say hi like I had just seen him a week ago. A great, great person. Fuck.

Disengaging cloaking device to share my condolences over Calcio's passing with his friends and family. It's so sad that we lost such a passionate (and funny) fan.

Glenn was also a loved brother in the IBEW local #456, where he was affectionately known as "Swampy". He was the same personality at work as he was in the stands. He also introduced me to the folks at ESC and in 101. He said some terrible things to the opposing goalkeeper! Wish I could remember who it was. RIP brother.
This post is dedicated to all the slow defenders of the world. Godspeed! my brothers

Chiefs and Jake have been really taking this one really hard. Glenn meant a lot to those two, and obviously quite a few others.

Does anybody know when we are going to work on a Tifo for Glenn this saturday. It would be an honor to help make one.

Send an email to ESC.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

I'm not on F-book, so for those like me, it looks like quite a few ESCers will come in game day attire, between 1 & 2 PM. Funeral home accessible via 813 bus ($1.60 exact change) from Metuchen NJT station, or Uber from there, MetroPark or Woodbridge.
11:14 AM Northeast Corridor to arrive by 1
12:14 to arrive by 2

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Props to the 30 or so ESCers who made it to the wake. 🍺

Only outnumbered by the union electricians.

The problem was with all the smoke from the stupid fucking pyro nobody at the stadium saw it. I swear the people who run this team are too fucking stupid to survive. And the first few minutes of the game were shit because the place was covered in a cloud of smoke. But they got to set off more explosions than the bombing of Baghdad. Idiots.
Let's Go Buffalo!!!
