Reports say he simply isnt ready yet.
He had that goal against Portland, but other than that (based on an admittedly small sample size) IMO his positioning and decision making didnt cut it.
Im more hopeful of Abang offering something to the first team by seasons end. Mines IMO is a long term project with good upside.

So true this is. How refreshing was it a few games back to see RZA come on as a sub and launch a couple of bombs. Wasnt just that he scored it was that he had the balls to shoot. But it appears he is back in a shell. Our goalscorers last seven games (discounting an own goal):
Royer, BWP, BWP, Royer, Royer, Royer, BWP, Royer, Royer, BWP.
Lack of scoring from 3 mids is bad enough but when 4 midfielder cant score its an uphill battle from the get go. I just dont understand why kaku n Davis dont shoot more often. Muyl get on field and he shoots ( and misses typically).

He's very young. Cant rush him into a longer season than he has ever played, especially with the Red Bull intensity. Remember he didnt play much with the USL team last year either.Don't understand why Mines hasn't played in the last 3-4 months. He looked so promising early on.
He's been injured quite a bit. Before his RIDICULOUS red card the other day, it looks like he screwed up his shoulder now too after coming back from a quad injury.
If I'm being honest, the talent is there but he is nowhere near MLS regular ready. Struggled on the right side with the USL team early in the season.

honestly with current squad composition I am not sure who should go in that right mid spot. Rza is part of our best 11 players, but if we really want to press and play fast on counter he can't be the starter. So then its Muyl, Ivan and Etienne. In that situation leaning Muyl or Ivan. We are running out of time to figure that out though.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
