That's from the play where he somehow got a red card.
Sucks because any injury time hurts development. The good news is that legs aren't involved.

The way Mines reacted after he went down, it was pretty clear he would be out for a while.

Beze also done for the season with the knee injury.

That sucks about Beze. He was initially slated for a mid to late August return, IIRC.

Of all the players that have been lost this season, really only Valot's hurt imo.
Would having Duncan during this current hell-run have been good? Of course but Connor wasn't the reason for the draw against NYC. Bezecourt had a couple of flashes, Mines had the goal, but they're peripheral guys for now.

Reminder that a dude broke Ben Mines's collarbone, and Mines got red carded.
If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

You need decent back ups to give guys a rest and in case of call ups / injuries / card suspension. Peripheral guys are important too

I agree, just sucks having their development stunted a bit.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
