i can see why Tainio left Villar. He was very close to the ball and almost made a turn over. Miller should of ran back quicker. he sort of gave up on the play and expected tanio to make the turnover. 9/10 times that might be true but Miller should of ran back.

To be honest he was pretty far up field when the play broke the other direction so I don't know if he could have done anything, but I've noticed that Miller is often very lazy when it comes to moving back into his defensive position, even at times where the other team is breaking down his side.

Not just lazy, but just plain slow. Even when he was actively chasing them he was horribly outpaced. It doesn't help that we had two defenders and 1 striker trying to be midfielders.

He's giving up close to one horrendous mistake goal a game (actually one in three of the four we've played so far).

I'd start Keel over him.

This guy is a professional football player omg I don’t think I have ever seen such bad defender in my life he is all over the place and we sew it today. I would like to think he is just taking time to steal in but I don’t think so. I think a High school kid could do better than he does. He has to sit. It puts way to much on Rafa on Conde. It’s almost like we are playing with 10 men the whole game. It is just a matter of time until he cost us points.

Holgersson has been complete garbage so far. Today, Solli was constantly having to cover for him, which exposed our right flank all game long. Holgersson is a liability and he needs to be benched in favor of Keel before he costs us more points in the standings.

Holgersson is a better player then Keel but neither are great. Hopefully Holdgersson is adapting to the league play.

Holgersson at least improved for the second half against MTL. But still we can't afford to have such a liability in the back and try to overcome a huge brain fart from him every game. Hopefully he is just getting adjusted to the league and he will improve otherwise Keel should be in.

Keel was very solid for us down the stretch last season. He shook off his rookie mistakes and really grew as a player. You won't see him making mistakes with simple clearances and falling down in the box like Holgersson.

So far Holgersson stinks, certainly not better than Keel.

is a fact, Holgersson doesn't have control over the ball, and that's the most important skill for a center def, but "clever" think that just physicall strong is the only skill that a soccer player needs, fot that reason we don't have a #10 and we're playing ugly.

resume,,,
holgersson FAIL
Palsson FAIL
Cooper WILL FAIL SOON under teams with strong defense

except Conde and meara, all new adquisition sucks... we need creative, fast, smart players who know how to move in the pitch, don't just big and strong pieces of wood like foosball table players

Maybe a better resume, but I haven't seen it on the field.

We haven't seen enough of Palsson. Cooper is a stud. We absolutely needed to get bigger and more physical after last year. We don't have a 10 because that position is much more difficult to get than the other positions.

Keel never played in Europe so forget about him starting over Holge the great.. yall must not get it .. Backe is Europe biased. I could care less what he says about American players, he actions shows that he does not respect them unless he has no choice.
sigh, who to blame? who to blame? oh BACKE seems ideal .
