this is the kind of team that gets in the playoffs in the 4th or 5th seed and go and make MLS Cup and sneak a win in PKs....

I'll take that result.

The top team in the conference amd the second highest goalscoring team in the league playing against a backline of Duncan-Parker-Nealis-Lade. There is someone to blame for this being our depth and it's not Armas.

What is he supposed to do down 4 of his 5 best defenders? Walk out onto the pitch and hold Lade and Nealis hands?

Player acquisition is 100% the problem, but outside of tonight and maybe the past few weeks, nobody would ask where our Ilsinho was.

Ilsinho just came back to life this year. In 2016 he was awful. 2017 and 2018, he had 6g each season but still a slightly above average MLS player. This season he has taken to the super sub role well.

I mean it wasn't like we blew our entire transfer budget this offseason on some kid who absolutely sucks and is barely good enough to play in USL or something.

Seriously, until someone can point to another MLS roster that can handle this run of defensive injuries in stride, I'm going to withhold on comments on Armas....

Armas strikes me as a guy who's way too happy just to be there. A lightweight and a yes man. Just a placeholder until RB Global identifies its next managerial golden boy to groom.

On the bright side, his potential replacement often compared Connor Lade to Lizarazu, so we have that level of talent evaluation to look forward to.

With the long break until the next match against the Fire on the 28th, why did Armas not start players like Royer and Kaku last night?

The offense wasn't the problem.
