I like Nguyen but the question is who do we give up for him? Funny money? How much do we have and how much are we willing to give for a player like him? Not going to lie, if Kaku comes AND we get Nguyen ( I know I know I'm taking it too far ) then our team will be a real contender or at least better then 6th seed.
Throw every draft pick ever again at the Revs. Not like were using them anyway.
If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

A 31 year old Nguyen on a 500k salary just doesn't fit the mold, unless Marsch and Hamlett feel that they need a stopgap playmaker for a year.

I'd take Nguyen in a heartbeat, even with Kaku, but probably too many MLS teams who need him more.

I think he means other teams will have a higher willingness to pay for him...someone else will break the bank

We may be the most desperate, if Gamarra deals fails.

Were gonna drop an aging MLS playmaker for...ANOTHER AGING MLS PLAYMAKER?!
No. Thanks.
He is what, two years younger than Kljestan? It would feel like a stopgap, assuming we struck out on Plan A. I see someone else being more aggressive to bring him in.

Just 1 year younger, if Wiki is correct

pass on Lee Ngyuen - liked the guy as a player but not a good fit for us at this point
. If we got rid of Sacha makes 0 sense to bring in a less accomplished Sacha who is unfamiliar with the team.
Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

The difference between Nguyen and Sacha is Nguyen shoots and still has some footspeed.
He had 18 goals in 2014, which is an MLS record for MF (granted, he's never had more than 10 in another year, but 7 and 6 the last two years, still high for a MF.)
He will want to get paid, and Massachusetts probably won't want to send him to us anyway.
Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos.

He's always the most dangerous player on Revs, probably gonna go to DC or Philly or some shit
