Murillo isn't a millennial. 23 year olds are now classified as Gen Z.

Did they get participation trophies too?

Yeah, those 5 year olds were the ones demanding trophies in T-ball, not their annoying parents who believed that their hellspawn was something exceptional.

Very few actually defended him. It was pretty much universal opinion that hes been awful this season. There were some, myself included, who said he should continue to start because he has the highest ceiling of our options and the rest of our options at the position offer very little at the moment.

Yes, definitely over Buckmaster and Lade.

Duncan has been very good in the last 3 games he's started and now deserves to continue being a starter if healthy, but that is a very recent turn of events.

injury from the '18 season fucked with Duncan, he looked good then, too. been a godsend that Duncan has stepped in at right back and played decently. he was massive in the portland away game. also, was playing well enough to get a look from the US u23s, but got injured at MTL.

RIP Guillermo Romulo, Alexander Francis Orig, Celenio Eleazar, and my Mom, Resurreccion Eleazar.

There was also a point midway through the season where Murillo was benched & Armas said if fans knew what we coaches know, theyd understand. The coaches were starting Rece Buckmaster vs LAFC on the road in like his 2nd or 3rd career start, and people were looking for an explanation that they never really got. But if you read between the lines, the answer was there. Something happened with him in the locker room this year that made him unplayable.

Which is sad, since he is an all star quality player when he is focused & locked in. Whatever it is/was, seems like he needs a change of scenery. On to the next.

At the very least, I hope the bag of beans we get in exchange for offloading Murillo will be somewhat magical.

RED. BULL. OUT.

in the latest BTS vid, they're talking about facial hair superstitions for the playoffs. Murillo is seen hugging Meara to his right and Valot to his left in the team circle/huddle

maybe the issue with Murillo, from the previous vid, was with Taxi, since it was shown that they were not hugging during the team circle/huddle. prob date back to the locker room interview that Taxi gave calling out ppl's effort in matches.

Millennials are the worst.

Metro were once deemed Wurst.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.
