MLS writers are dweeb central but this line stings: "Clubs that win trophies, win trophies. Expectation, pressure, confidence, focus, execution. "

 

How many of those things does Red Bull gmbh ownership bring to Metro? Low expectations, no pressure, no confidence...  And let's not speak of style or identity.

 

Can we petition Nas to assemble a team of cool rich guys to buy the team? Can we have better than LAFC's & ATL's ownership? Thread split: new ownership group dream board. Nas, Lebron James, Shaq, Rick Rubin, Stevie Wonder, Magic Johnson...and Thierry Henry.

i mentioned a few times the "What if" of 25 retired ex NBA MLB NHL and NFL guys joined up and put in an amount similar to what James Harden did for Houston and have Curtis Martin lead the group.
