Hartford ... Averaging 5,460 prior to this one.
Impressive, if legit, not RB BS numbers.
We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

First half we played like us but down 1-0 on a rare attack from Hartford.
Second half to be up 2 guys for 30+ mins I just felt bad for them.
Beze, Stroud, Mines we all pretty good aside from Beze missed pk.
Pittsburg at home tomorrow night, were 1 theyre 6 so should be a good game and might give us insight into whos gonna make the first team this weekend.

Louro
Duncan-Nealis-Kilwien-Loebe
Lema-Koffi
Omir Fernandez-Bezecourt-Stroud
Barlow
Bench: Nuhu, Rito, Yanes, Scarlett, Tolkin, Mines, Elney
Midweek game = Strong team with 7 of the 11 from the first team.
Omir Fernandez seeing his first NYRBII time since he was an academy player and played one minute of a match back in 2016.

Stock Down:
Omir Fernandez - tough night for Omir. Had a couple breaks but couldnt find the net. Didn't look like he had enough time to gel with some of the other guys and struggled to get many touches without losing the ball.
Kyle Duncan - was a move off for much of the night. Gets up the field well, but passes werent sharp at all. Second goal for Pittsburgh occurred after he ran up the field, cut to the middle then gave up a poor pass and jogged back while Pittsburgh played it right to where he should have been, leaving Nealis in a 1v3 jam. Still think he can be a MLS level talent, just needs to keep focused and understand his limitations. A bit surprised we didn't bring Rito on in his place for at least 30 minutes.
Vincent Bezecourt- Uncharacteristic bad night for Beze. Knocked off many balls, poor passing (outside the assist), didn't get open much, struggled turning up the field, bunched up with Lema and Koffi far too much.
Stock Up:
Preston Kilwien - solid defending throughout the night, doing well covering for Loebe when he pushed up.
Jean-Christophe Koffi - continues to improve each week. Really good defensively and pushes forward well. Needs work on taking on defenders. Usually has great bursts of speed, but goes straight to a defender before making a pass.
Jared Stroud - 7 players on the first team and he looked better than at least 4 of them tonight (Louro, Koffi and Barlow the exceptions). Not sure if the struggles of Omir and Beze made Stroud stand out more, or if he was just getting into the right spaces.

These are the type of games we will lose our on if we move down, look at all those guys down and all up. The slight physical guys NEED tough games like this, MLS is a pretty physical league and our press / team can demolish ATL2 8-1 all day but come the physical sides can we make them play our game?
Tonight and against Pitt in general / (insert good MLS team here) we struggle cause they make us play the game on their terms while if we play on ours we will win.
Overall good loss if that makes sense, think someone like Epps makes a difference tonight (ill stop talking about him : (
Week off for RB2 until Nashville away, huge game for the 1st team this weekend and I don't think anyone did anything to get a look in from this side.

This was the lineup used when the game was abandoned due to weather. They likely didn't reset it, especially given Epps and Buckmaster's inclusion.
makes sense , thanks
