Between TabascoDiva and the homoerotic pics above, I'm not sure we're celebrating this victory  properly here.

Let's please regroup... sing twist-n-shout to yourselves before posting or something.

Does Alex Rodriguez get you in?

He's the right age to play for them, but with the way he's playing, it's only a matter of time before he gets loaned out to Big Brother City

Lade had 8 interceptions against NYCFC. I'm not sure I've ever seen a number that high from a fullback.

I haven't seen that many interceptions from someone from NY since Geno Smith.

It seems like no matter who they throw out on defense this year, either due to injury or USMNT duty, they play extremely well. Last year's defense was cringeworthy. These guys cover well for each other.

Rewatching the game how can NYCFC fans be excited about this team? Lampard and Pirlo look like they gave about 30% and looked like he gave 100% but was just awful.  Poku and Angelino are going to be awesome one day but who knows if its for NYC and not Man City. Mix is just sorta there, he does alot of work it seems but nothing comes of it. Whatever happens Kreis isn't the man to lead that team.

I disagree. Kreis is a good coach who should be leading that team (if you want to look at things from an unbiased view) because he's done it in the past. This is just a completely different situation than the one he faced at RSL. If the Smurfs owners gave that team players instead of big names that are way into the twilight of their careers we would more than likely singing a different tune with that team. Fortunately they haven't figured that out yet, and Kreis is going to be the fall man for ownership's shortcomings.
