Yeah, I was at work during this one so didn't see a thing.

If Redding looked that bad, let him start every game in USL this year.

If you scan YouTube looking for Bradley Wright-Phillips, youll find numerous goal compilations, a few interviews and, eventually, an excerpt from the grime mixtape series Lord of the Mics.

didn't get to watch this one, did anyone look good?  Mines seemed to have a decent early chance that he made with a good run/touch (based on twitter).  not sure what else happened.

I only got the first half.

But I think Mines was our best player.  Has some really good qualities. Good athleticism and speed, skilled with the ball.  Works hard too.

That Duncan kid at right back has something to work with.  Built the right way, aggressive for our system, has skill too.

Redding was the bad one.  Expected more speed from him but he's really not great there. Decent quickness but he doesn't anticipate well so he looks even slower.  I've always thought what makes a CB good is the ability to anticipate attacking plays.  The good ones can all do it.  But, for a CB he's extremely young so who knows.  I wouldn't expect much from him when it comes to the first team.  Have no problem with giving him a full season with RB2 so he gets regular minutes.  Maybe he can figure out how to improve.

NDam looks stronger this year.  May just be filling out because he's becoming more of a man.  He has tools so curious to watch more of him.

Noah Powder, who was signed then let go to pursue other opportunities, lands back in the USL. Will play for Orange County SC, coached by former Metro Braeden Cloutier.

That sucks, Noah Powder seems better than Orange County.

Basuljevic signed with a second division Danish team, Fremad Amager.

Sounds frigid.

Ah, the one time home of Danish-American starlet, FC Kobenhavn washout, and DC United reject Jamil Fearrington.

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

PennFC tweeted that they are scrimmaging our USL squad today, using Dan Metzger as their picture.

Interested to see if we are given lineups and who that consists of.

Politz scored according to Ben Mines' twitter. I think our GW goal was off a PK.

Wouldn't mind this one bit.
Although confirms that Lema may not be MLS caliber.

Talented, for sure. I think we wanted to try him out with the USL team to see his ceiling but he felt he was ready for MLS. Wasn't shocked he went high, but also not shocked he wasn't signed.
