I'd vote for Tyler. (Or BWP?)

A lot of good players to choose from, but Collin was a stud tonight. I guess the ref was so lousy and letting general thuggery have its day, a perfect setup for Collin. LOL Seriously he not only shut down a lot of attacks, but distributed well also.

I watched both the other games today and while I saw good things from them I just think with the form were in if we draw Sevilla or Roma we might be able to get by them.

Rapinoe and Kaku join the very strange list of players who scored their first Metro goal in the same game:

http://www.metrofana...sts.jsp?TYPE=25

Included: Caricola/Unger, Jolley/Clint, Youri/Abbe, Sekagya/BWP, Miazga/Duvall, Baah/Muyl (7:0) and, of course, Mines/Rivas.

IIRC, Caricolas first goal was at the Horseshoe in Columbus, and it was like from 30-35 yards out (maybe that was his second though, cant remember):

He was tremendous. Nothing like losing your spot to light a fire under your ass.

I know we always joke around about deepest team ever, but seriously this might be THE DEEPEST METRO TEAM EVER.

Each game is a revelation about depth. This one was about Valot. I'm not saying one game decides whether or not he will be a world beater, but yet another player with promise. He was active and composed.

Where are they finding all of these guys? Mines, Bezecourt, Valot, Duncan, etc.?  I am being rhetorical, but I am surprised by how many new faces to the 1st team impress.

Seeing Rzat in person for a second time, he is the real deal. With Adams having taken a real step up (he was giving everyone instructions at one point during an injury pause) and the quality minutes of Bezecourt, Rzat, Davis and now Valot, it is clear how Felipe was expendable in order to get Parker.

He had about 20 headed clearances
3 manback line was shaky at first but really settled down
Great counter and way to finish the game BWP and Murillo so good

Bradley Wright-Phillips "I prefer it at Red Bull Arena, but it was OK. I could imagine it being good for a baseball crowd.

TFC scores. Looks very likely that they advance.

and goal by Tigres.  Will go to penalties right after the 90 (no extra 30 in CCL) IF tigres score again.

Honestly once Muyl got off the field it looked like a totally different team.

I didn't think the 3 CB backline was shaky. The goal was on Murillo who was caught napping on their winger. Once he adjusted and conceded that guy's speed by covering him tighter, we did fine.

Giovinco FK goal that the goalkeeper totally screwed up.  4-2 aggregate, Tigres needs 3 in the next 9 minutes + stoppage.

I hate TFC as much as anyone but Giovinco is so great. Best player in league history accounting for being in his prime.
