Peter Nowak?

I think he's a head coach in Poland.

Peter Nowak?

I thought he burned his bridges with mls after suing the league over a dispute over his contract when he was fired by the union

Mathis doing anything?

Is there any in this rout with authority to treat with me? Or indeed with wit to understand me?

Between Armas and Jesse being midfielders, I'm thinking they bring in an assistant who was primarily a defender as a player.

Mathis doing anything?

Last I heard he was part of the Galaxy's on-air crew:

Mathis should have taken up refereeing since he knew so much about it. :)

I hear its Jim Barlow, looking for a change (read it on MLS Rumors)

He is.  His club is in third place, two points off the leaders.

He should never be hired for a job in the United States again anyway.

I was watching a Galaxy game last year on MLS Live and during the half it cut to the studio and he was doing analysis with Landon Donovan.

He's been at Princeton since MLS started.

Would be interesting. Bob Bradley was the coach while Jesse played there but I think Barlow was the assistant.

That's a hell of lineage. It makes total sense to appoint him. And maybe one day people will come to say that Princeton is the factory for American managers.

Whats an MLS asst coach make, compared to a 20 year head coach at Princeton?

If it wasn't obvious, I just made that rumor up out of nothing.
