Bit of a mess today:

We are good enough to beat the best teams, and bad enough to lose to the worst teams.

Totally not a good thing, but what do you think changes after today? This is not new for Argie fans.

RBNY should be swooping in with offers for some of these players.  You have to think that they might be receptive to an offer to transfer to a place where stuff like this doesn't happen.

Shocked Benedetto Is still only 28. Thought he was mid 30s for sure. He'd be great as a Bwp replacement if/when he finally slows. Dude has all of bwps good qualities (poacher, good finisher, good positioning), with the added benefit of being able to create his own space and shot out of nowhere. And that headed goal he scored in leg 1 was world class. Downside is injury history, but Worth the risk.

i would go to Miami to catch the game.  i'm not even a huge fan of either team, but it seems like a unique opportunity to watch a super high stakes game here on US soil

And miss MLS Cup at RBA?
Meanwhile, Boca pushing to DQ River.

If MLS cup is indeed at RBA then of course i'll skip the Libertadores final.  Unless they make the Boca/River on Sunday night - would give me enough time to catch both
